While it’s hard to beat the anticipation of May’s releases (Spirit Bound and Dead in the Family), June has a few noteworthy releases in store for us. Update your to-read lists accordingly.
JUNE 1
Bullet (Anita Blake #19) – Laurell K. Hamilton
I’m only on book 9 in the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, series, so I can’t say if this will be fantastic. Nine books in (I’m halfway through Obsidian Butterfly) I can see why Hamilton’s books have such a loyal following. Any readers who are current with the Anita Blake series, please share your thoughts!
JUNE 5
The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner – Stephenie Meyer (more details, including where to get it for free)
JUNE 8
Blood Song (Bloodsinger #1) – Cat Adams
JUNE 22
Unholy Magic (Downside #2) – Stacia Kane
JUNE 22
Dark Flame (The Immortals #4) – Alyson Noel
I really enjoyed Evermore, the first Immortals novel, but lost interest with Blue Moon. It was too obvious and drawn out for me, but I’m not in the young adult set anymore. I find people either love or hate the Immortals series. Lovers, mark your calendars.

I have been a fan of Laurell K. Hamilton for a couple of years now and the Anita Blake series is one you will want to re-read over and over all 19 books.
Evermore was an interesting book i agree but the next ones dragged! i have yet to read the newest installment although i do plan to read it im just not loving the book.
