A real quick hello to those visiting our blog for the first time. Vampire Book Club, despite the name, covers most urban fantasy, paranormal romance and fantasy — both adult and YA. Chris Marie Green writes in three novel story arcs, which means you’re going to get a complete story by reading the first three books in her Vampire Babylon series. I would absolutely want to be immortal. To live forever has always been a fantasy of mine. To go everywhere, do everything, read all the time? Yes please! ;D

Yes! So many things I could do and learn.
I would want to be immortal but only if I have some kind of super powers like speed, strength, flying abilities…or something like that. Because then I wouldn’t mind about living forever…I could just spend the time flying…lol
I’m kind of on the fence…if i could stay looking like i did in my 20s and –well heck up till before the last 3 years lol–maybe 🙂

I would definitely want to be immortal! Despite the downer of seeing all your friends and family die, what intrigues me most would be to see the advance of technology and society.

Yes I would love to live forever with a few requests. I don’t want to look or feel like I’m a hundred years old. I would prefer to be in my prime years and prey to the weight loss gods to let me drop 10 pounds 🙂 and believe it or not…I’d want my hubby with me. He is my best friend and I don’t think I could make it without him. I know–suck@$$ but it’s true. Great question and blogtest. Stephanie

Um, I don’t think I’d want to be immortal, per se. What I’d really rather is just live longer, like 150 or 200 years. And of course, not have to feel older.
Definitely!! Okay, so maybe it would be a little sad to see some family and friends leave me eventually, but still… could you imagine all the things that you would see and experience?!
I lost my last comment…how annoying. Yes to being immortal if you can make a difference and/or have a good family or friend connection. Otherwise, life would be very lonely if you were immortal and didn’t have anything to live for.

I really don’t think I’d want to be immortal– it sounds good at first, but I think a person would simply get weary of living, of watching everyone around them die.
I don’t think I want to be immortal – I have too many people I love and would hate to see everyone pass and still be alive myself after 100 or so years.
Cool site!! I really like the name too. I’m a new follower and a blog participant on BlogFest. I think it would be nice to know I could live forever, but I actually agree with Kristen, I wouldn’t want to continually see people I love die. But it would be cool to see what the future is like – advancement in technology, scientific research, maybe the end of different diseases would help me to see loved ones live longer. I would not want to be immortal unless someone I cared for was immortal along with me. Then the continual deaths of loved ones over the centuries wouldn’t be as devastating, I think.
I think being immortal would be alot of fun if you had someone to spend it with. Now the question I have is would I have fangs..because that would make immortality a blast!!
I don’t think I would want to be immortal because then there would be no point in living if you never have to worry about dying.

I go back and forth on this. I don’t think I would want to be immortal unless my husband and children already were. I don’t think I could survive watching those I love die.
