Night Broken by Patricia BriggsAMBER’S MOST ANTICIPATED BOOKS FOR 2014

1. Night Broken by Patricia Briggs

I’ve been watching Mercy and Adam’s relationship grow since the beginning and so far, they’ve managed to work through anything life throws at them. I’m incredibly excited to see how Mercy handles things when Adam’s ex-wife shows up unexpectedly. With Mercy’s tricky nature, there are sure to be fireworks.

Releases March 11, 2014. Pre-Order Night Broken

2. Up From the Grave by Jeaniene Frost

Cat and Bones are another of my favorite couples. It’s been a long hard road for the pair of them and their love has been tested time and again. One of the things I love most about the series is how much trust Cat and Bones have in each other. The vampire couple has one more book on the way and I’m sure Frost has something big in store for them.

Releases Jan. 28, 2014. Pre-Order Up From the Grave.

3. Dreams of Gods and Monsters by Laini Taylor

Taylor’s first two books captivated me from the get-go. I’ve been dying to read the conclusion Karou’s and Akiva’s struggles, not to mention the brewing tension between Eretz and Earth. Taylor’s writing is stunning and her storytelling is top-notch. I’ve been sitting on the edge of my seat for months waiting for this book.

Releases April 8, 2014. Pre-Order Dreams of Gods & Monsters

I am DYING to get my hands on these books! Definitely some of my most anticipated. I am freaking out majorly about “Up From the Grave” & “Dreams of Gods & Monsters,” I am extremely nervous about “Night Broken” cause, NO! Christy needs to get out of here.

  2. Rachel Vance says:

I’ve been waiting on these too but the one that has been KILLING me having to wait on is Black Arts, the new one in the Jane Yellowrock series by Faith Hunter. She doesn’t wait that long in between books but it seems like it’s forever because I can’t wait for the next one, each one even better than the last.

  3. Sara says:

They are in my list, too! 🙂

Can’t wait for Night Broken. It will be interesting to see what trouble Adam’s ex-wife tries to stir up. I’m extremely confident in Mercy and Adam’s relationship though.

  6. Fiona Anderson says:

I’m really desperate to get my paws on Faith Hunter’s “Black Arts”, as the characters and plot are so compelling. My fave is when Beast writes her account of what’s going down – Beast is a mountain lion and great fun!

  7. Rae Evans says:

I want Black Arts too. Faith Hunter’s Jane Yellowrock is an amazing kick ass character and the books are a great read. Not long now.

So looking forward to the first two books on the list but I have not read the third writer. Will have to look into that series!
Also looking forward to Faith Hunter’s new book Black Arts that comes out January 7th! As well as to Kim Harrison’s new one, The Undead Pool, that comes out on my birthday in February! Happy birthday to me! So looking forward to curling up with that book that day!

  11. Laurie says:

Faith Hunter has a new Jane Yellowrock book coming out 1/6/14 called Black Arts. This series is absolutely awesome.
