We’re not ready to say goodbye to Secret McQueen, but the release of the eighth and final book is set for December 2014. Sierra Dean has always packed an emotional punch with this urban fantasy series, and from the tagline for A Secret to Die For—”No one is safe”—it looks like the final book will give us all the feelings.

While I can’t share any snippets from the book just yet, I can give you this exclusive reveal of the cover art.

A Secret to Die For by Sierra Dean (Secret McQueen #8)

Are you ready for A Secret to Die For? What ending do you hope for Secret?

If you haven’t dived into the world of Secret McQueen, you’ve got time to catch up. Start reading the series with Something Secret This Way Comes.

  1. I’m also not ready to say goodbye to this series. I can’t believe it’s almost over. 🙁
I like the cover, I like that Secret is with her “guys” in this last cover… Now we just have to wait and see who will be with her at the end. AHHH! I can’t wait to read it.
P.S. I think I can see myself on the roof of the building behind secret. 🙂

Neither am I!! But I started Something Secret This Way Comes like a few weeks ago and bought #2 and #3 because I loved what I had read so far SO MUCH!!

    LOVE this cover!!!

Not ready at all but I’d rather enjoy the author’s arc then a series dragged out for too long. The cover seems to indicate her HEA are two guys and anyone familiar with the books probably has a good idea who they are.
I hope Sierra Dean does not leave this amazing world completely.

This series has been on my TBR list for a long time. I may finally have to start it.

I have to say normally I hate love triangles but this series has always been an exception. The writing and characters are totally compelling. I absolutely love Secret and I am definitely not ready to say goodbye but also agree with Angela, if the author is finished with the characters then I would rather see it out on a high rather than have it get boring and predictable. I am very excited to see where she’s going to take the end of this book.
