VBC New Year’s Giveaway: 13 books, lots of swag

logo

Vampire Book ClubThe prize bin at VBC HQ is overflowing a bit. I’m still in the giving mood, so I’ve set aside 13 books — several are signed — for one big giveaway. We’ll have 12 winners (two of the books go together) and each will also get great book-related swag like bookmarks, pens and the like.

And I’m even making it easy to enter. Filling out the form embedded below is all it takes to get entered for the New Year’s Giveaway. However, if you would like to be helpful and suggest a book or series that should be included in our Recommendations section, you’ll get an extra two entries. The hitch is it must be a book not already listed in the Recommendations section.

One more caveat: This giveaway is open only to U.S. and Canadian addresses. VBC is covering the shipping, so we’re going to have to keep it relatively local this time.

CONTEST DETAILS AND RULES
1. To enter, you must fill out the form above. A comment on this blog post suggesting a book/series for the Recommendations page earns you two additional entries.
2. You do not need to follow Vampire Book Club to be entered, but we sure do like it.
3. This contest is open to U.S. and Canadian addresses only.
4. Contest closes at 11:59 p.m. CST on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012.
5. The winners will be selected using Random.org. Then each will be contacted via email and given 48 hours to claim her prize. If we do not hear from the winner(s) within that time, a new winner will be selected.
6. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or have their parent’s permission to enter. Please review our privacy policy, if you have any questions as to how Vampire Book Club uses your information. (Short version: we’ll only use it to contact you for this contest.)
7. Though unlikely, Vampire Book Club has the right to change or cancel any giveaway at any time without prior notice.
8. Vampire Book Club is not responsible for prizes lost or damage in transit.
