Google Friend Connect is going away on March 1 for any blog not hosted on Blogger. And, well, that’s not Vampire Book Club. So, for those of you who have subscribed to VBC via Google Friend Connect, you’re going to need to subscribe in another way (or just stop by on your own each day — we like that option, too).
More than 1,300 people get our daily email, and it’s pretty handy if you know you want to read VBC posts. It’s one email each day we have a post (typically Monday through Friday). No matter how many posts are on that day, you get one email. I rather like that. And it’s easy to unsubscribe if you decide you hate having the evening email featuring our reviews and giveaways. The other easy options are to hit our RSS feed, follow us on Twitter (I tweet out our posts throughout the day) or like VBC on Facebook. I’m sorry for the hassle for the GFC subscribers, but want to help make the transition smooth for you. There will be awesome exclusive content from a favorite author or two in March, and I’d hate for you to miss out.
