Which fiction couples are the supernatural equivalent to the Beckhams?
Throughout this year’s Alpha Showdown, I’ve had requests for a Couples Alpha Showdown. I like the idea, but there’s just one problem.
Everyone thinks it’s a great idea with Kate and Curran up against Cat and Bones, but no one has suggested any other couples for this potential melee.
How many other paranormal power couples can you think of that you’d really enjoy seeing in battle? Both would need to be fighters — magical or otherwise — for a tag-team style ring match.
If I can get enough suggestions — in the comments below — for power couples, I’ll see about making the Couples Showdown happen.
Obviously, the Kate Daniels duo and Night Huntress married folk are on the list. Who else?

And what about Quen & Ceri from The Hollows series? BADASS both of them though they keep it on the down low.
I don’t know if rose and dimitri from vampire academy count but they are a badass couple. And elena and and her man raphela from the guild hunter series are awesome and badass. Some couples from the dragon kin by g a aken are badass and the pride series couple are badass to

Hawk and Fisher from Simon R Green’s Hawk and Fisher series. John Taylor and Shotgun Suzie from the Nightside series by the same author. And one more from the Mr Green Edwin Drood and Molly the Wild Witch from the Secret Histories series.
Though they’re from a YA series, I’d add Christian and Lissa, and Rose and Dimitri from the Vampire Academy books. King Dorian and Eugenie from the Dark Swan series. That’s all I can think about for now

Then of course the other couples besides Cat and Bones from Jeaniene Frost, Mencheres and Kira, Spade and Denise, and whoever Vlad gets paired with. Patricia Briggs’ couples of Mercy and Adam and Charles and Anna. Hell, maybe even Harry and Susan from the Dresden Files. From Kresley Cole there could be pretty much anyone, especially Mariketa and Bowen, or Garreth and Lucia. But mostly I, like everyone else, want to see Cat and Bones fight (and beat the crap out of) Kate and Curran. Don’t get me wrong, I love my mercenary and lion-boy. I just love Kat and Bones more. XD
I have to many to list right now. But the thing about couples that is so incredible is the way each fighter is an extension of the other, like a well choreographed dance. That’s why I dont want to see the couples fighting each other, rather each couple as a team against another couple. That would be a great Showdown!
