Did you really think we’d let February come and not get romantic? Please.
For the third year in a row, VBC is hosting the Character Love Letters event. We talked nine stellar authors into having their characters write love letters to one another. Better yet, we’re giving away their books, too. Just who agreed to participate? Check out the author schedule:
Feb. 4 – Chloe Neill
Feb. 6 – Nina Berry
Feb. 11 – Lynsay Sands
Feb. 13 – Tiffany Allee
Feb. 15 – Cynthia Eden
Feb. 18 – Karina Cooper
Feb. 20 – Amanda Carlson
Feb. 25 – Hannah Jayne
Feb. 27 – Marlene Perez
We can’t stop there, though. This is about bring-you-to-your-knees swooning. Who does that better than readers? We’ve invited some of our friends to stop by and share their letters to book boyfriends. Terrible, Ryodan, Vlad, Curran and others get the full opining treatment. If you’re in the market for another book boyfriend, this will be the place to find him. Also, you’re welcome to stake your claim in the comments (as long as we all play nice).
All the fun starts on Monday. We’ll make sure all the new posts get linked up on the Character Love Letters page each day, so you may want to bookmark it. (Or you can find it easily on the tab at the upper right of the site.)
I want Ethan to write me a letter! I may be married, but Ethan is my fantasy hubs 😉
And Dragos Cuelebre is such a great alpha – why aren’t we going to hear from him?
I wouldn’t be surprised if he made the Alpha Showdown list for May, but this list is purely the bloggers’ picks for their book boyfriends. That just means more Dragos for you!
Dragos is a sure fire contender (my vote for winner) of this year’s Alpha Showdown!
Too bad Barrons isn’t boyfriend material. The thought of him penning a love letter is absurd — and yet, oh, so sexy.
Jen – true but it would probably be unprintable!
Now all I can think about is the profanity-laden get naked letter that Barrons would write. Because there is no way there would ever be a love letter from him.
