Contest Roundup: Nook, Otherkin Trilogy, Vampire Babylon, Elemental Assassin and more

This week we added two new — and pretty damn awesome — contests to the blog, but we didn’t let that stop us from finding some other sweet giveaways elsewhere.

• First we’re offering up one copy of each Sins of the Heart (Otherkin Trilogy #1) and Sins of the Flesh (Otherkin Trilogy #3), both by Eve Silver. She’s made our auto-buy list. Enter to win one of these great Eve Silver novels. Contest is open through Oct. 14 to residents of the U.S. and Canada.

• Next, the incredibly gracious Chris Marie Green has signed copies of the first four Vampire Babylon books for one lucky reader. Read our Q&A with Chris to get a feel for her novels, then scroll to the end to enter the contest. Open to residents of the U.S. and Canada. Enter by Oct. 17.

• Shiloh Walker has a helluva contest going on in promotion of her upcoming release The First Book of Grimm. (Remember us loving her Through the Veil and Veil of Shadows books?) What makes this giveaway so sweet is Shiloh is giving away a Nook from Barnes & Noble. There are several ways to enter, so please read all of the info on her blog post.

• One of our favorite blogs Smokinhotbooks is giving away a copy of Venom, the third Elemental Assassin book by Jennifer Estep. The contest follows a fun Q&A with the author and is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada. Make sure to enter by Oct. 8.

• Dark Faerie Tales is giving away a mythology prize pack that includes Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Infinity, Karen Kincy’s Other and Christy Raedeke’s Prophecy of Days. Open to U.S. and Canada residents, makes sure to enter this one by Oct. 16.

• Score a copy of Shannon Delany’s 13 to Life (who likes weres?) from Confessions of the Bookaholic. The contest is open internationally and closes Oct. 19.

• Win a copy of Halo by Alexandra Adornetto from the Book Faery. Contest, which is open only to U.S. residents, closes on Oct. 15.

• Book Crazy is giving away a pretty necklace alongside a copy of Becca Fitzpatrick’s Crescendo, the follow-up to Hush Hush, on her blog. The contest is open to U.S. and Canada residents through Oct. 22.

• Finally, make sure you sign up for our Vampire Academy Re-Read Challenge. If you read at least one of the five novels, you’re entered to win Richelle Mead’s Last Sacrifice. If you finish the challenge, you’re in to win an awesome prize pack that includes books from Richelle Mead, Rachel Vincent, Lisa Desrochers and others. Challenge begins this Friday, but you have until Nov. 30 to join us and read Vampire Academy.
